1.Go into game options and make sure console is enabled
2.Go into the graphics option and turn off the "refresh every frame option"
In game bring down console (with the ~ key) and type..
/sv_maxrate 25000 then press enter
/cl_maxpackets 100 then enter
/r_dof_enable 0
..........Other things..........
/com_maxfps ? this sets your max FPS (frames per second)
/cg_drawfps simple this will show what FPS you are getting in the top right of your screen ( If this does not work use 1 instead of simple)
