Times of tournament matches will be decided between the 2
teams playing as everyone is from all over ,there is forfeit info
in tournament rules on elitexs.net/forum ...
I'll post more about start date when i find out later today ...

REGISTERTARION OPEN UNTIL FRIDAY 20-03-2009
TOURNAMENT STARTS ON Monday 23-03-2009
3 or 4 weeks to Play all the groups
After that I will post the quater,semi and finals
Opponents will be selected at random by computer program
Then everybody will be notified by email....
